The only living reef in the united states is only six miles south of Key West. You can take a luxury 65 ft catamaran out to see
the coral reef which will usually carry about 50 passengers. This Key West snorkeing trip takes three hours round trip.
a little less than sail to the reef; on the way you will be provided with your snorkeing equipment as well as instruction on how to use it,
water and soft drinks. This catamaran has a staircase going into the water providing you with easy access to the reef.
Your total snorkeling time is a little over and hour after which you will be provided with unlimited soda and water before snorkeling and unlimited beer & wine after snorkeling for the return hour sail back to Key West.

The alternative trasportation to the coral reef woud be to take a motor boat. Our 60 ft motor boat can reach more remote, less visited
snorkeling and scuba destinations. This boat will take approximately 25 passengers; a combination of snorkelers and scuba divers out to reef destinations rarely visited by catamarans. This boat can travel to remote reef locations in about 35 minutes. The total round trip time is four hours. Your total snorkeing time is a total of two hours, one hour of water time at two different reef locations.

70 miles west of Key West. There is a high speed catamaran that travels the 70 mile distance in roughly two hours and fifteen minutes. The boat is a very modern high speed catamaran that has a full bar and snacks available as well your snorkling equipment and tour of the Fort.
You will have approximatley four hours to participate in all activities available at Fort Jefferson which includes: snorkeling, swimming, beach combing, kayaking, bird watching, exploring and more. Fort Jefferson is the most innaccessible National Park in the National Park system.
